Report access or validity issues within the same period so the transaction can be reviewed promptly. Write to support@giftloop.co.in
Submit the voucher brand, face value, expiry date and your contact details without sharing the voucher code. GiftLoop reviews eligibility first, then requests the code and proof of purchase through an authorised support channel. After validity, ownership and beneficiary checks are complete, the team confirms the offer and payout timing. Payouts are normally made to the verified UPI beneficiary; additional review can delay or prevent a payout.
Sellers may be asked for a government-issued identity document, proof of purchase, source information and a matching payout beneficiary. The name on the KYC record should match the person who owns the voucher and controls the payout account. GiftLoop may reject third-party payouts, altered documents, mismatched details or submissions that cannot be independently checked.
Wait for a request from support@giftloop.co.in; use only the secure method specified by the support team; provide clear, current documents; ensure names and dates are readable; and respond to any clarification request. Do not email full identity documents or voucher codes unless GiftLoop support specifically confirms the secure channel and case reference.
A voucher must be lawfully owned, unused, transferable under issuer rules, valid in India and within its stated expiry period. Stolen, duplicated, refunded, chargeback-linked, promotional, region-locked, account-bound or previously disclosed codes are not eligible. GiftLoop may hold, refuse or cancel activity that appears unusual and may share relevant evidence with issuers, payment providers or lawful authorities.
Privacy policy
GiftLoop collects account details, contact information, order or listing information, support messages, verification records and basic technical data needed to operate the marketplace.
We use this information to provide accounts, review transactions, prevent fraud, communicate with users, meet legal obligations and improve service reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers, voucher issuers, payment partners, advisers or authorities only where needed to provide the service, investigate risk or comply with law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for operations, disputes, security and legal obligations.
To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, email support@giftloop.co.in. Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
Terms & conditions
By using GiftLoop, you confirm that your information is accurate, you are legally able to transact, and every voucher you sell is lawfully yours. You must follow issuer restrictions and must not share, reuse or redeem a code after submitting it for sale.
Listings and orders are requests until GiftLoop confirms acceptance. Prices, availability and offers may change before confirmation. GiftLoop may request verification, limit activity or refuse a transaction where risk, issuer rules or law require it.
Digital vouchers are generally non-refundable after a valid code is delivered or disclosed. If GiftLoop cannot fulfil a paid order, the remedy may be replacement or refund after review. GiftLoop is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with the voucher brands shown.
Users remain responsible for applicable taxes and issuer terms. To the extent permitted by law, GiftLoop is not responsible for issuer outages, account restrictions, incorrect user details or losses caused by sharing credentials or voucher codes.
